Very small ice cream parlor, totally overcrowded and very loud. Guests hardly get a table on the terrace, inside is very noisy and stuffy air. Unfortunately the 2nd ice cream parlor was closed, there you could always relax and enjoy the ice cream. Very sad that this option no longer exists. I am willing to pay for good quality and the right environment.

We got 3 milkshakes and I have to say I am very dissatisfied. The shakes were liquid and some of them only tasted like milk, 2 shakes were stretched with woodruff syrup and that completely destroyed the taste. 1 scoop of ice cream costs 1.20 €. We paid € 12 for 3 bad shakes.

Nice family business. I've been a regular customer there for years. I like it very much every time, I especially like to try the new varieties. The staff is always very courteous, quick and friendly. The location of the ice cream parlor also invites you to linger. Also recommended with children, there is a toy device right next to the outside seats. Always my pleasure!

My friend and I went to Casal in the old town to order ice cream to take away. My companion asked the waitress which ice cream would be vegan. This referred to the junior manager. The latter asked very cheekily: "what do you want"? Then my friend asked again which types of ice cream were vegan. The junior boss replied: "what is vegan"? We then explained this to him. In response we got "you have to take fruit ice cream". When my acquaintance said that Casal in Ladbergen knew about it and could give him information about vegan ice cream, the junior boss said on his way out: "I also know ..." Since the ice cream was quite good, we gave it 2 lean stars. We would have given 0 stars for the behavior of the boss.

Bad! I ordered a banana cup and got a banana split. Then I spoke to the waitress, whereupon she said "that's a banana cup". Seriously? 3 scoops of ice cream with cream and a banana on the left and right on a plate ... For me this is not a banana cup but a banana split. For the whole thing I was allowed to pay € 7.50 ... outrageous!
